History
Enterprise Precast Concrete started our legacy in 1968 as Kroeger Precast Concrete. Kroeger’s initial drive for excellence established our industry-leading standard of producing consistent, high-quality architectural panels at an economical and predicable cost.
In 1991, Enterprise Properties, Inc. added the established Kroeger Precast business to its growing family of quality construction service companies and, in 2000, changed the name to Enterprise Precast Concrete, Inc. to more closely identify with The Enterprise Companies. Today, Enterprise Precast Concrete serves a variety of Architects, Developers and Commercial Building Contractors within a 600-mile radius of our facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Our Facility
Our 20,000 sq. ft. indoor plant is equipped with radiant heat, two automated concrete batching plants and a system of production tables and pallets that support custom wooden formwork. The exterior 10 acre yarding facility is equipped with equipment capable of handling very large architectural precast. Through the use of our transportation subsidiary, Enterprise Transport, Inc., we’re able to offer highly dependable on-time jobsite delivery.
Our process starts at the ground level with collaboration with architects, engineers and contractors. Our team is at your service for planning and estimating; even engineering and drafting services are available to assist with preliminary panels schemes, desired aesthetic features, and preliminary connections.
